It was cool and cloudy today, but we needed to get out of the house for a little while. Grady and I decided to take a walk around our neighborhood while Drew was napping this afternoon. We stopped at the edge of a nearby farm that had a field full of some type of purple flowers.
He brought one home for auntie Kristin and the stem bent on the walk back home. He was about in tears over this and wanted to go all the way back to pick a new one. I told him we could tape it and it would be fixed. That was good enough for him. He is asking to go back tomorrow though.
I really like the angle/perspective of these pictures! The color is nice also; looks like Grady was having fun :-)
