Easter

We were blessed with a beautiful Easter day. Grady went on an easter egg hunt while Drew was still sleeping. Each egg he found he let out a huge squeal - "another egg"! He got mostly candy, chocolate, and a little car (his favorite of course). The easter bunny even put one of his daily flinstone vitamins in one of the eggs and he was super excited about that, haha. It was so much fun to watch him run around with a huge smile on his face.
Drew and Grady both enjoyed their toys/candy from the easter bunny. Drew was more excited about the actual basket and all of the plastic eggs and grass (paper), than he was about anything inside. Again, why we ever spend money buying our children toys, I do not know.
We also dyed Easter eggs, which was a much cleaner activity than I had anticipated - yay!
We spent the whole afternoon outside. I heard on the news it is the warmest day we've had since last September! Loved it - got the cars washed and the flower beds weeded. The boys played in the yard. We took a couple walks around the neighborhood and had a nice dinner.

I may be obsessed with baby toes :)

This year unfortunately was mostly all about the easter bunny, candy, and gifts. Next year I will be making sure they know what Easter is actually about. We are so blessed.
